your arguments are weak.
You say we're all the same,
but that's clearly not the case,
we all deserve the same respect,
but that's not what we base
the opportunities on,
we give them all the same

We're told that it's offensive,

to make us all identical,
you think that you're so wise?

Indeed.
In many ways, it's "individualism vs collectivism". Yet, there is no singular solution to this kind of problem; it has many facets, which all require their own approach to solve.
I will admit that I lean closer to "individualist" than "collectivist", but even then, there needs to be some sort of balance.
